It was very homey and everyone was super kind! I got a fully dressed catfish poboy and shrimp for my husband, they were excellent! The onion rings and fried pickles had a kick and were delicious! Everything was delicious and super fresh, we will absolutely be returning!

Had another unbelievable lunch. Ordered my hot sausage, Poboy dressed and an order of their fabulous onion rings from Mrs. D. Everything was fresh and delicious. I love the French bread that they use. And what else is very nice is now that they have dine in seating.

Love the new seating area! Fast friendly service at a fair price! ALL seafood domestic/local. Onion rings homemade with great seasoning. Sliced roast beef PoBoy was excellent. Our church group met for lunch and everyone enjoyed their meals. Shrimp basket was awesome!

Best Po-Boys around! The owner works behind the counter, is super friendly, and gets the order prepared quickly! Delicious food, nice and fresh! Only drawback is that this restaurant is not open on weekends...

My mom and myself love this place we try to eat there everyday, the service is great. I love supporting local businesses. The food is great 10 out of 10. This is a hidden gem in Slidell. I highly recommend. The food is fresh made to order

My love & I visited yesterday at approximately 1pm. (My first visit ever) The curb appeal of this place is spot on & the artwork on the windows is fantastic. Service from start to finish was world class. We ordered the shrimp on bun with fries & sliced roast beef po-boy with onion rings. During our very short wait for what turned out to be A meals both for texture, taste & presentation we were privileged enough to strike a conversation with several patrons who were obviously not strangers to the establishment. This experience felt like home. It felt like everything our culture stands for. I could go on but you get the point & this place will DEFINITELY get our business as it should yours. Not to mention all this occurring while they are under construction adding a dining room. Your customer, Troy

My roast beef po-boy was so good, I decided to give it 5 stars. The indoor dining room is big clean and cool. The menu has greatly expanded so I’ll be back to try their daily specials.

We ordered 2 roast beef combo platters. SO GOOD!!! I had french fries while my daughter had the potato salad. Did I say, "Yummy??!!"
